HALL BOOKING

Cost for Hall Hire is £12 per hour

Discount available for regular use by clubs, classes etc

Cost for bar-hire is £20 per event

In accordance with UK Licensing laws, you will need to obtain a temporary licence to sell alcoholic drinks on the premises and have public/employee liability insurance in place

There is no restriction on distributing drinks at no cost

Security deposit is £50

This is returnable when the hall is left in good state and kitchen facilities cleaned after use

Booking Procedures

1. Call or use the booking enquiry form to check availability

2. The Booking will be confirmed and a copy of terms and conditions and a copy of the Hire Agreement will be sent for completion prior to hire


3.  Pay the security deposit and hiring fees in full

The deposit taken serves as a SECURITY deposit to cover damages, breakages or extra cleaning requirements following the use of the hall


4. Collect the keys prior to the event or the hall will be opened for you


5. Enjoy your event!

 

6. Clean up as required following the event. Please ensure kitchen facilities are left clean and ready for use.
